Where it all begins

A thorough assessment is the foundation of every great modification.

Before any work begins, we take the time to truly understand your home, your needs, and your goals. Our assessments are detailed, compassionate, and built to support waiver authorization from the start.

What is a home assessment?

More than a walkthrough — a roadmap to independence.

A home assessment is an in-depth evaluation of your living environment conducted by our trained accessibility specialists. We identify physical barriers, safety hazards, and opportunities for modification that will make the greatest difference in your daily life. The result is a clear, documented plan that supports waiver authorization and guides every step of the project.

Barrier identification

We evaluate every room and transition point — doorways, bathrooms, entryways, hallways — to identify what's limiting your safety and independence.

Modification recommendations

We develop specific, prioritized recommendations tailored to your needs — from grab bars and ramps to widened doorways and accessible bathrooms.

Waiver documentation

Our written reports are formatted to support waiver authorization, making the process easier for case managers and faster for participants.

Coordination with your care team

We work alongside occupational therapists, case managers, and family members to ensure our recommendations align with your full care plan.
