Bid Collection

We find the right contractors. You get the best value.

When a modification requires a licensed contractor, we manage the entire bid collection process on your behalf — identifying qualified providers, gathering competitive bids, and presenting your options clearly. You stay informed without the stress of managing it yourself.

  • Identification of qualified, licensed contractors
  • Competitive bid solicitation and comparison
  • Clear presentation of options for participant and case manager
  • Documentation for waiver authorization

Required for modifications exceeding direct-delivery scope. Supports EAA exception requests.

Project Coordination

We manage the project from authorization to completion.

Once a modification is authorized, we take ownership of the entire project — scheduling contractors, managing timelines, communicating updates, and making sure the work meets quality and accessibility standards. Case managers and participants stay informed without being burdened by logistics.

  • Contractor scheduling and timeline management
  • On-site oversight and quality checks
  • Regular progress updates for participant and case manager
  • Final walkthrough and completion documentation

Available for all waiver-authorized modification projects.
